End caste, race and religion based discrimination and violence

Incidents of violence stemming from the desire to dominate and oppress people of another caste, race or religion keep occuring in the world. Discrimination with regard to resources, facilities and opportunities is also rampant, with the same motivation. These need to end to create a peaceful world with equal opportunity for all to contribute their maximum towards the collective good, which alone is sustainable.
Honourable PM, I urge you to introduce legislation which is deterrent to such acts of violence against people of another caste, race or religion ( similar to section 326A of the IPC which makes acid-throwing-attack a cognizable, non-bailable offence with a minimum punishment of 10 years and maximum of life ). I also urge you to make mandatory programmes educating employees against the harmful effects of such discrimination ( based on caste, race or religion ) as part of Public Sector and Corporate Social Responsibility, along with deterrent punitive action for violating these Rules of Conduct.
