MBBS students of HIMSR face an apartheid like situation while applying for MD seats in Delhi. They are completely excluded from state quota seats in other medical colleges in Delhi. This is against natural justice and ironically the only state which  follows this practice in the absence of a policy. Justice demands that in state quota all MBBS pass outs from Delhi should be treated equally.  Repeated attempts have failed to give justice to the students selected through NEET.
