This petition is behalf of deceased boy who was my friend's younger brother. His name is Nagsen Aman, age- 20 yrs and he was pursuing Bachelor in International Business from Tianjin University of China. He belongs to Gaya district of Bihar, India. On 29th July family got informed about his death by concerned university but they haven't told about the cause of death.There was nothing unusual things happening with him.He was all fine till 23rd july. His death has now became mysterious. 

        After this news the whole family has been devastated. He was the only son of his entire family and it is a great loss for them. They have now became helpless and seeking help from respective govt so that they can atleast get his dead body back to India. But no solid support is coming from GOvt of India and Embassy of India, Beijing and from any organs of Govt. 

      Getting dead body back is now become the sole wish of his family. Apart from this we want a proper investigation to be done on this issue. Pls help us in providing justice to him. Otherwise we won't be able to trust in the govt and human rights organizations. It's completely human rights violations and therefore he should be given justice at any cost.
