With the advent of GST vast spaces of lands used for octroi collection is now freed.
Corporations are planning to exploit these places for various commercial purposes.

However I suggest you direct the corporations nation wise to develop these places as a pit stops/parking bays for out of town commercial vehicles coming into town or leaving. They could provide toilet, bath, eating and resting facilities for the drivers and cleaners
