Why do i need to pay for going cashless?

I am a common citizen of India. I have been supporting the various steps taken by our government to curb the flow of black money. Since demonitisation RBI is changing its rules every now and then which has created a chaos in the minds of citizens of this nation.
Yesterday i was surprised to know that some banks have started collecting fees for depositing and withdrawing money from their salary and savings account.Ist fair enough to charge such a huge fee for a single transaction ( beyond the free limits)? certainly not. An average salaried employee in private sector earns 15000/- PM on the one hand inflation is rising at a rapid speed & on the other banks are charging such a huge amount for depositing their tiny savings & withdrawing their own money.
Yes, surely we are redy to support you by going digital. But I found I have to pay processing fee, annual maintanance fee, transaction charges, settlement fees and above all i am forced to pay service tax on all these fees. As a security measure nearly for all digital payments OTP are generated. Do you really know that banks are charging 18/- per quarter for all the Rupay/Debit card/ Credit card holders? My simple question is Why should we pay for opting digital mode of transactio? just because our government is earning revenue? is the real purpose of digital India is creating a transperent economy or adding extra revenue to the Income statements of these banks?
I hereby appeal the concerned authority to eliminate all the fees/charges for digital mode of banking.
If you cant provide incentives for promoting Digital India campaing atlest dont make us pay for your plans & policies.
