- Real Estate is the second biggest GDP growth indicator in India. Yet it is not as recognised in India as an Noble profession unlike other countries. I take a pledge to improve this unorganised Real Estate system all over India as it will help all the members of this feternity improve their lives and dreams.
- I am referring to the Real Estate Agents / Consultants/ Brokers. There is no streamlining at all as anyone and every one can enter this industry as per their wish and operate as their own limited or superior knowledge Thus causing disruptions in the field to epic proportions and fall out of market pricing and brokerage systems.
- Solution is to have all people wanting to start out in this industry to be educated and hold a diploma or pass an examination held by an private or govt organisation before one can start this great profession to make an career by doing this there will be transparency and more percentage of income to each and every agent in this field.
I also propose our brokerage increase to minimum 5 % which is currently between 2 to 3% only in primary markets and 2% in secondary markets which is 1% and some time half depends on the client as there is no rule or law governing this real estate for agents
