This petition is being written to reach out to the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi. To say that the fatality of Covid-19 in India is on the rise is an understatement. 
Lives are being lost every minute. Some people are hoarding medications, oxygen etc. and selling them at exuberant prices. That is truly unfortunate.

This is a petition asking the Government of India to intervene IMMEDIATELY. 
Being a physician and after having taken care of scores of Covid-19 patients in the past year in USA, I can confidently say that if we can get some basic medicines to the people of India, we can save many a lives. 
I propose that EMERGENCY MEDICINE PACKETS FOR COVID-19 be made, each packet containing

20 tablets of DECADRON of 8 mg each tab to be taken twice a day. 20 Tablets of ASA of 81 mg each tab to be taken twice a day and 20 tablets of Paracetamol of 500 mg each tab to be taken as needed to bring down the symptoms such as fever and aches. Each packet should have instructions. Even if there are no beds for patients in the hospitals, these emergency medicine packets can be given to each patient across the country. These EMERGENCY MEDICINE packets should be dispensed ACROSS THE NATION to every village and city alike. It will only be very helpful. There is no more time to lose. We have lost plenty of lives already. 
This needs to be implemented RIGHT AWAY. These are very inexpensive medicines but will make a great deal of difference BETWEEN LIFE AND DEATH.
I am hopeful that my voice will reach the Government of India, to Modi ji and this will be brought into action with immediate effect.
