IBPS RRB is one of the exam given by thousands of aspirants every year but final allotment done by IBPS is out of sense,IBPS allotment is done through merit list. I belong to Chhattisgarh State but I have allotted J & K Grameen bank. Since I have cleared exam so I should be allotted my first preference but they allot according to the marks and many candidates like me faces problem here and forced to not joined the bank and many vacancies are remain empty because of distance and language issues. Also in RRBs in case of marriage and to take care of our parents we don't even have the provision to take transfer to our state in future.  If I want my state then again I have to appear in exam and whole process continues again or has to quit the bank. There is policy of transfers of female employees in SBI and PSBs but no such policy is made in RRBs. Why such discrimination? Female in RRBs should also be given their first preference state. We also have the same responsibility like the females in SBI or other PSBs. I request  our Prime minister to plz re-allot the IBPS RRB 2018
