So Flow has a way of subscribing you for stuff that you have not agreed to. I was told by an agent that automated calls sent out to customers would automatically subscribe you as long as your phone is answered. Recently I answered an automated call from flow and put the call on speaker, it was for Flow tones, now while the automated message was being related I got a text message saying " thanks for subscribing to Flow Tones. The automated message had not even finished playing! Now soon enough they will be extracting my credit if I'm unable to get them to unsubscribe me. I was not given a choice to subscribe so in my humble opinion this is scamming on a wide scale with impunity! $150 may seem small but multiply that by 200,000 customers then multiply that by 12 and you'll see the monstrosity of this scamming/ripoff. It needs to stop. Persons should be able to choose to subscribe NOT be forced/scammed into something they may have no interest in!!!
