Petition for preferred name usage on attendance sheets, skyward, and other educational documents. This has been a long struggle with LGBTQIA+ students across the Midwest, but in our own school as well. Harassment and bullying has been derived from the specific fact that someone may like someone of their own gender or does not feel comfortable in their own. With the ratification of Pride Month Proclamation, which ables pride month to be recognized as a national event within Milton, many would enjoy the Wisconsin school systems to be open, and better options for those with preferred names and pronouns.
