The property at the end of a row of houses that I live in has just been sold by auction. The person who is looking to make changes wants to house 12 people. For starters, there isn't enough space within the property to do so as it would be better for a large family with extra space for grandparents. But no they want to house 12 individuals. The residents where I live have been happy for years as I have been at my property for 14 years to now be told this. Households that are connected to this property on the gable end were not informed of this as we were told we are immediate residents. I want to raise this as it would be a nightmare for this property to go ahead.
