There is an aggressive takeover of Royal Mail driven by an Eastern European billionaire called Daniel Křetínský.

In the interests of the UK, the government should prevent this takeover. I do not know the entire story but, Mr. Křetínský is under investigation for links to, my understanding, Vladimir Putin. Whether this is true or not, the dangers of an Eastern European investment in Royal Mail are horrendous. 

I would call upon you to vote in this petition and ask the relevant MP's, Jacob Rees-Mogg: Shadow Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy of the UK and Jonathon Reynolds: Shadow Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy of the UK, to prevent this takeover
