Hampstead North Carolina is growing with many people moving here, although with the bypass not built yet Hampstead will just become more dangerous to the community. On average Hampstead fatality crashes alone are triple the average of North Carolina. We know that developers want their money but peoples lives are at risk, we are at full capacity as is. Please sign the petition to give Hampstead a break. It is simply not fair for the local residents.
