In an area already unable to sustain the population growth and traffic from the current single family homes or single family homes under construction, there are plans for another apartment complex.  The 9.5 acres at 11490 Willow Springs is currently under contract, and the potential buyer has plans to fit as many apartment units as possible.  The land is currently zoned commercial, but is intended to be rezoned multi-family. 

Adding this many more residents to the area can have the following impact:

1. Add to the existing traffic issues
2. Overload Fort Worth Police Calls
3. Lower Property Values to nearby homes
4. Over-Crowd the Schools
5. Increase Crime

This will diminish the quality of life in this area.  We cannot allow the addition of another multi-family development.
