It's is silly to reduce ratios in the nursery setting. This will make it hard to ensure that every child is safe, especially those who have additional needs. I work in a nursery and I know that being under ratio will not only put children in danger but will also put us under pressure of making sure we are safeguarding these children with our best efforts.
