My ex Benjamin Greene has committed family violence since 2011 in multiple states. I fled with our son for safety and raised him alone for 7 years. He found us used money and Bexar county family court to regain his control and continue his abuse. It’s been 4 sad torturing long years filled with child abuse, trauma, financial stress, a system flawed instead of preventing more abuse neglected to acknowledge the burden of proof, police reports, pictures, video, my son own outcry for help. Benjamin Greene now committed aggravated assault deadly weapon in Houston Texas shooting road rage this past June 2022. I had to find out from channel 13 news, as a mother my heart burst thinking they were going to tell me my son was killed of gravely injured by the hands of Benjamin. I have been fighting and begging for justice telling the courts this is a violent, abusive, unstable, deranged human being that cares of no one not even my son as he’s used him as pawn to control and as the abuse continues today. The man could have broke the drivers neck when assaulted him and when bullet grazed his head, could have killed the 2 year old, glass broke on to that child as he witnessed that traumatic event. Benjamin didn’t care he even attempted to open the back door where the child was in car seat thank goodness the driver took off who knows what else would have happened. No regard to human life, community safety, broad daylight. Tampered with evidence trying to dispose of gun shells, left scene of crime and he would not have admitted the truth as he omitted truth to police to make himself the victim as he has done in our family court litigation. He said he was being robbed which he needed to use force with gun to protect himself. Benjamin Greene did not know that by the grace of God a passing driver took video footage of his mental and violent behavior. I reported to Bexar county attorneys as my son was missing for 3 days with unknown person. Benjamin has no family he’s adopted only has an 80 year old non blood relative. Glenda Greene avoided CPS and welfare checks made by myself, non profits who were supportive during that time. No orders made, no alerts to make the courts aware of the dangerous situation. I spent over 25k and feel no one cares about my son or his life. I have filed grievances with Texas State Bar and looking to seek justice in Civil rights case. However what’s most needed and important is where is my child, I have rights, he’s not safe, my constitutional rights, I need to find new attorney with money I don’t have since I’ve spent it on the one who has allowed 2 months to go by and I haven’t heard from my child, we don’t have a location or phone number and no court date set. I wrote to Governor and they have given me advice on how to enforce justice. I am scared for his life. My son is only 10 he doesn’t deserve to have endured this level of trauma and what else does it take for his best interest be made brought home to me and allow us to finally heal and make up lost time and years that no amount of money can buy back. This is not only for my son but I want the world to know Diane Martinez needs to be investigated on all her child cases as I know I’m not the only family ripped apart. Our children  should only worry about being kids, sports or what to eat at dinner. Not learning how to survive abuse and be confused feeling why is his/ her life this way. Our world has suffered enough Covid, the mass shootings please I beg for signature not for me but for my son and every child who is suffering and those in power abusing it causing harm not helping. #Betheirvoice #justiceagainstabuse
