Good afternoon, 

  As I sit here in room 220, with my cardigan and uniform; I see everyone in coats and shivering. The room is 47 degrees and the windows remain open. Freezing students to prevent spreading COVID isn't safe or accurate. 

  While online school is a hassle, it is beneficial for the safety of others and ourselves. It is not fair for everyone to be in a room cold and trying to pay attention. Our parents do not pay a lot of money to come here for there daughters to not obtain lunch, to be cold and to not have the ability to pay attention because they are focusing on their health and staying safe. Along with teachers being allowed into school, while awaiting results. Let alone, there is no heat and it is not safe for them to be in these conditions; while being in a pandemic.

Being online for the month of January, wouldn't hurt the school, students or faculty. It would better our chances at not obtaining COVID, we could work in a safe environment with heat and the comfort of our home. Giving COVID it's time to slowly decrease and remembering how important our physical and mental health is. As much as we would all want to be here, safety first.  This is no hate to Preston, but a call out for help as a concerned student.
