With 36 million Kurds, the largest people group without their own country, President Trump could issue a declaration, as the Balfour declaration was issued for Israel,  and give the Kurds their own country. The Kurds have fought along side of the American soldiers to defeat ISIS. The area that would be given is the area where the Kurds have been located and are now located, as that is their country. It is known as Kurdistan. They have their own flag and are great fighters. The Kurds are the only democracy, other than Israel, in the Middle East.

Then America would arm the Kurds. They could defend their own country and the Yazidi people and the Christians who have migrated to that area when they were displaced. The Kurds could continue to take care of the 12,000 ISIS prisoners located there. The ISIS prisoners would not released into the population to bring further grief. The Kurds would bring stability to that area of the Middle East. 

American troops could come home and President Trump would fulfill his campaign promise to bring American troops home without the shedding of any blood. There would be no mass genocide of the Kurds, the Yazidis, and the Christians by the Turkish army. It is a Win-Win.
