I live in general santos city. Everytime you turn on the news, there is an accident involving a UV express overtaking a car, bus, topdown or motor. This needs 2 stop..innocent lives are being lost because of careless and reckless driving of these vans..enough is enough..speed limit is not enforced or posted. Please put an end to these drivers. Train them b4 they r allowed to drive the vans.
