Expel and Prosecute Peter Freshour for maliciously stabbing a cat to death

On Saturday, August 4th, 2012, Police said a University of Scranton student lured a cat and stabbed it several times, killing it.
Several witnesses told police they saw Peter Freshour stab the cat Saturday afternoon near his home along Taylor Avenue in Scranton.
According to officers, Freshour continued to attack the cat even as it attempted to walk away. People who live nearby said the cat was a stray, but friendly.
Police found the dead cat in the garbage and said Freshour admitted killing it.
This type of violent, malicious behavior against animals will not be tolerated by the Northeast Pennsylvania community and we demand that Peter Freshour be expelled by the University of Scranton, and prosecuted to the fullest extent of Pennsylvania law.
