Cancel Classes for the Eagles Parade

This petition had 138 supporters

The Philadelphia Eagles are a football team formed in 1933, yet they had not won a Super Bowl in the franchise's entire existence ... until last Sunday. February 4, 2018, the Eagles earned their first Super Bowl Title in history. This Thursday, the Eagles are having a parade in Philadelphia to celebrate this tremendous achievement. High schools and universities in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware have already canceled classes to allow students to experience this once in a lifetime event. Pennsylvania and New Jersey send hundreds of kids to Hopkins. You cannot walk around campus on Sundays without seeing that Eagles green. No student wants to skip classes, but no student wants to miss this once in a lifetime opportunity. Please do not make them choose between class and the one thing they have waited their entire lives for. CANCEL CLASSES FEBRUARY 8TH.
