Replace the current toilet paper with softer, smoother, 2-ply toilet paper.
Personal story
Here at Western University, students' tuition can range from $8K to $30K a year, plus additional cost for residence. For students who live on and near campus, we are usually there from morning to night, and naturally, we have to go to the toilet at some point. Using Western's "toilet paper" everytime, has seemed to create a disturbance in the student community. Some students even carry their own toilet paper roll in their bags, while other students have had to even go to the doctors to receive an ointment.
So please, President of Western University, help make Western a safer place by replacing the current toilet paper rolls with softer toilet paper.
