Victims of sexual abuse need more rights in the eye of the Law

Victims of sexual abuse need more rights than the accused. If the accused is found "Guilty", the accused has a right to appeal their case. If the accused is found "not guilty" the victim cannot appeal the case. When there is enough of evidence against the accused, or if the accused has admit to what the victim stated, the accused should be found "Guilty" in the eye of Law.
This is one reason why victims of past and present sexual abuse will not come forward and have the accused charged. The victim is afraid that the accused will get by with it, and then they fear for their life if the accused is out walking the streets. If the victims are children. they are even more afraid.
If there is enough of evidence to prove that the accused did in fact commit the crime, there should be an automatic "guilty plea". I am asking all fellow Americans to sign this petition so that it will go into the hands of the Lawmakers, that if the accused is found "Not Guilty", the victim has a right to appeal the case. Especially when the victim has already showed and/or testified with evidence to the court. This also includes the accused stating that he/she done the crime.
