Early Head Start and Head Start are vitally important to communities. We are already short staffed and adding this mandate will increase the problem significantly. Allow for a testing out option, and honor medical, and religious exemptions. We, as did health care workers, worked serving the people throughout the pandemic and shut downs. We are heroes!! This is NOT how you treat heroes! Do the right thing and listen to your people. Understand that the vaccine is not right for everyone and is not safe for everyone. This is your chance to display your tolerance, care, and compassion your party rallies around when voting time is near.
