Western and Ukrainian reports confirm that Russia’s troops on Ukraine’s border and war in Ukraine is a threat of genocide to Ukrainian people. 

As a Ukrainian American constituent, I respectfully request your support on three crucial issues in the Senate version of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) bill.  The three initiatives are meant to support our strategic partner, Ukraine, to stop the war and genocide waged by Russia.

Please support efforts to enact immediate sanctions against the NordStream2 political pipeline, as indicated in an amendment by Sen. Risch (S.Amdt.4859); to institute drastic sanctions against Russia for their aggressive acts regarding Ukraine, as introduced in an amendment by Sen. Menendez (S.Amdt.4832); and, to increase military assistance to Ukraine in light of Russia’s military build-up on the Ukrainian border, as proposed by Sens. Portman and Shaheen (S.Amdt.4540).
