This is a petition to end and make illegal all funding (monetary or otherwise) from the government of the United States of America, institutions, businesses or private individual(s) of any and all biological weapon(s) (and/or gain of function) research done abroad.  It would also be made illegal to promote the same, including through 3rd parties.
