Due to the pandemic Russia has closed 2 US embassies and Moscow is open but is not processing K1 interviews right now. My goal is to send a petition to President Biden to open all US embassies in Russia, get them all fully staffed again and processing k1 visa. 

 Some of us Americans have our k1 cases stuck at the National Visa Center because the US embassies in Russia are closed
