Open Letter To Our President, US Congress, and all Federal Officials

Please sign our online petition to show your allegiance to support and to bear your true faith to defend our Net Neutrality. Our United States First Amendment depends on it. Our national security, innovation, and investment depend on you and me, supporting and defending our Net Neutrality. As United States citizens we have a clear and present legal obligation to support and defend our United States Constitution from clear and present danger, against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

Net Neutrality is the principle our Internet service providers must treat all data on the Internet equally and without bias, and not discriminate or charge differently by a user, content, website, platform, application, type of attached equipment, or method of communication. The undermining of our Net Neutrality has many far-reaching impacts on our society, government, economy and national security.

Net Neutrality is now an integral part of our democracy, prosperity, and wellbeing. A well-informed electorate is essential to ensure a representative form of democracy. The information highway has created new startups, that in return created new jobs for thousands of hardworking Americans and their families. Internet of things, self-driving autonomous cars and trucks, and artificial intelligence is a reality that will transform how we live, work and study for our personal as well as professional livelihood.

Net Neutrality has evolved to become too important for all Americans. Literally, everyone is impacted. More than ever we need a Department of Technology, directed and lead by a Secretary of Technology that is elected by the people, from the people and for the people at the local, state and Federal level. Net Neutrality has ensured innovation and investment, like the Bitcoin, like no other technology law, past or present.

Article VI of our United States Constitution requires Officials to take an oath “to support this Constitution.” Today, 5 U.S.C. 3331 specifies the language of the oath for all federal officials. According to this statute, officials must “solemnly swear (or affirm)” that they “will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic” and that they “will bear true faith and allegiance to the same.”

Any person or agent, foreign or domestic, that deliberately, knowingly and voluntarily perform acts deriving from his or her free will to harm, undermine or adversely affect Net Neutrality is a direct danger to our United States Constitutional democracy, prosperity, and wellbeing. All Americans must act to knowingly, voluntary and willingly support and defend our Net Neutrality, against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

Sign our petition today to let our elected Federal officials, like our United States President Donald J Trump and his cabinet members, our members of Congress, our FCC (Federal Communication Commission) and other Federal officials in our United States Government, publicly understand with clarity, purpose and precise wording, any person or agent, foreign or domestic, that deliberately, knowingly and voluntary perform acts deriving from his or her freewill to harm, undermine or adversely affect Net Neutrality is a direct danger to our United States Constitutional democracy, prosperity and wellbeing, and their names will be duly recorded for future Federal investigation by present and future legislators at the local, state and Federal level, and prosecution for willfully endangering and deliberately undermining our United States Constitution, in a court of law, at the Federal level.

God Bless our United States of America and our liberty, freedom, and security in our Net Neutrality for the People, from the People, and by the People.
