Here is Part I of CCABLAC's presentation of the "Lifetime Achievement" Award to former U. S. Senator Joe Tydings (D-MD) for his 50 year fight against "Big Lick" Animal Cruelty to Tennessee Walking Horses.
Senator Tydings is the Father of the Horse Protection Act of 1970 which is the Federal Law against soring Tennessee Walking Horses at horse shows and horse sales, and transporting them to those events.
Senator Tydings said today, ""The Only Hope We Have To Protect These Horses Is For Citizens To Get Involved".
That is where the 300,000+ persons - "WE, The People" - Citizens Campaign Against "Big Lick" Animal Cruelty advocacy group comes in.
CCABLAC appeared at the American Horse Council last week and asked the questions if the proposed Federal Regulation to remove the "Pads and Chains" was dead. Sadly, it appears to be so. The Trump administration is in an uproar and U. S. AG SEC Roy Perdue, former Georgia Governer, is a quintessential good ole boy who could care less if Tennessee Walking Horses are sored.
CCABLAC has held overer 45 protests against the "Big Llick' Animal Cruelty have been held from the Gulf of Mexico at Florida to the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina - from the Tennessee Governor's office to delivering over 100,000 signatures supporting removing the "Pads and Chains" from "Big Lick" Tennessee Walking Horses.
CCABLAC videos have been viewed by approximately 20 million persons and have reached over 50 million persons.
Thanks to the financial contributions of average Americans averaging about $40.00 each, "The Horses" have been able to fight back against the "Big Lick" Multi-Millionaires who want the "Big LIck" Animal Cruelty to continue.
"WE, The People" CCABLAC (Citizens Campaign Against "Big Lick" Animal Cruelty offers the best way to bring the "Big Lick" an end by exercising First Amendment rights to peacefully assemble outside "Big LIck" Horse Shows and protest the Animal Cruelty, and then go inside "Big LIck" Horse Shows and obtain videos and put them on the internet for the World to see.
Ringling Brothers Circus was not ended with passing a law - it was ended by Citizens protesting the activity!
Here is a Video made Thursday, June 1, 2017, by a brave CCABLAC Animal Welfare Advocate.
It has been viewed over 148,000 times – and reached over 284,000 persons.
This TWO YEAR OLD Amateur Stallion class exposes what people around the World consider to be gross barbaric treatment of horses
So far $12,200.00 has been raised of the estimated $15,000.00 it will take to do these things. We have $2,800.00 left to reach the goal.
Please use this link to help us do that, or use the "Contribute Again" button.
Anything you can give is much appreciated!
