Support Transgender youth
I am friend’s with a wonderful human being. (Let’s call his Aron, we are both minors)I met Aron in seventh grade when I moved schools. He wasn’t exactly an angel(STILL isn’t, but don’t tell him that!) at first. He’s stubborn, sarcastic, blunt and a tad pessimistic, but he’s also kind, deeply into music, funny, and caring. We became friends quickly, and still are, even as freshman.
He has supported me and our friends through and through, and still fights his dysphoria. He will be sixteen this May.
His family, however will not be letting him get shots. They refuse to because of costs. They constantly remind him how expensive surgery is and destroying his hopes for the future.
He told me he would cut of his toes, Walk through fire, or eat spiders if he could get a male outside like his insides.
I refuse to be still. I will make a change for him and for the transgender community.
