This petition is for change within the United states Law Enforcement racial brutality. This would include; Sheriffs, City PD, Highway Patrol, Border Patrol Officers,Marshalls, Peace Officers, Court System Officers, Correction Officers, State Troopers, bailiffs and ALL other Law Enforcement officers/agents. The change needs to start first with the hiring process. Also with ALL current Law Enforcement Officers. This would include; stronger mental health evaluations, having ALL Law Enforcement sign a contract stating if ANY racial or unnecessary act of violence takes place they are automatically terminated without pay. When and if the officer is proven guilty they tremanted and no longer able to apply for ANY Law Enforcement position within the USA after they have been released from their sentencing. If the officer is proven NOT guilty they will resume back to their position but MUST be undergoing counseling up to six months and be on probation for the same time period. Also if an officer is not guilty they must sign a form stating this is a strike against they and be told how many strikes are remaining before terminations. If these changes are not done we will continue to see more and more racial acts of violence within our Law Enforcement through the next generation of Officers. If this does take place it will protect ALL people of color against violent acts of racism. My children are a mix nationality and as a Mother I want to see change throughout our Law Enforcement in the United States of America
