To all that fight for justice and uphold justice, fairness and believe that the constitution applies to each and everyone, and everyone under that constitution both federal and state is entitled to a fair trial. I will just break down a short/brief fact-based explanation of how I was not given a fair trial due to my trial attorneys being ineffective, in not assisting that I'm due based on both state and federal laws. And also the trial court not protecting my rights under the statutes of the rules of court. 

My trial was infected with various cumulative errors, these are just (2) I will prove to you based on the evidence. In the end, if I’ve proven my case based on facts and evidence and believe I was not given a fair trial, not perfect, but a fair trial under the constitution. Hit up their email and Twitter heavily, demanding justice and that courts stop “rubber-stamping” cases as they move through the appeals process. Call for me to get a new trial, not only me but many others that are being held unfairly. The Courts’ are not following their own rules. Both state and federal courts are complicit in the sham.
