We the American people request that Congress draft articles of impeachment against Justices Neil Gorsuch, Amy Coney Barrett, Brett Kavanaugh, Clarence Thomas, and Samuel A. Alito for failing to block Texas SB8.

The Constitution states that Justices "shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour." The new abortion ban and 10k bounty on women and pregnant people in Texas is a gross misconduct of justice. Our Supreme Court chose to do nothing to uphold our constitutional rights. 

The Supreme Court needs to be expanded, these judges need to be impeached, and the filibuster needs to be reformed or completely dismantled. These justices should not have lifetime appointments. Term limits are needed now.

This law in Texas effectively ended access to abortion in Texas. Another Texas Senate bill (SB4) is banning access to abortion pills after 7 weeks. 

The Senate announced a panel to investigate the Supreme Court and their shirking of their most basic responsibilities - serving the American people and upholding our constitutional rights. You are our elected officials. You are public servants. We vote for you. We demand that you impeach the five Supreme Court justices that refused to block the abortion ban and bounty on patients seeing reproductive care in Texas.

Merrick Garland vowed to fight this law. The state has no place in our uteruses. This is government overreach. It breaks decades of precedent set by Roe v. Wade.

Gun wielding, misogynistic, racist people are hunting down women and pregnant people, doctors, nurses, and any one that helps them to make a payday. Men will rape women just to get them pregnant to report them for getting an abortion and make money off of it. In 2019, Texas had the highest number of forcible rape cases in the United States, with 14,824 reported rapes. And those are just the reported ones.

This law is not only deeply rooted in misogyny. It is motivated by racism. Let's stop pretending it isn't.

The birth rate of white Americans is dropping. White people have a higher death rate than birth rate in the United States. Republicans and conservatives are panicking over the desolation of white supremacy and are forcing women to keep making white babies to keep them in power. The US will become minority white by 2045. And BIPOC babies will only be used to feed the school to prison pipeline with over policing of BIPOC communities and defunding education. Because it's cheaper to pay a prisoner pennies per hour than to pay minimum wage.

The American people know the end game. You have allowed dark money to determine public policy. We say no more.
