Holding concern for the 1972 Surgeon General's special report on the public health effects of media violence that was based on a growing and nearly unanimous body of evidence, the consensus therewith by the American Academy of Pediatrics, and Centers for Disease Control (CDC) report: An Important Public Health Issue Key Findings: Children's Mental Health Report; and the associated mental health link to rhythmic brainwave entrainment (RBE), which has been scientifically proven to be causing physiological brain damage to children, youth, and young adults (CYYA) who engage electrical pulsations of light (imagery of screen violence violent television, violent movies, and violent video games), this Petition speaks to the need for brain study research to likewise determine the detrimental impact and the physiological impact of electrical pulsations of sound (music/music videos encoded with rhythmically rhymed motivational murder, strategically layered synthesized trap beats, hi-hats, snares, kicks; criminally inspired messages, and all manner of unconscionable evils).
Stored in their subconscious mind, and part of their mind having nothing with which to think; no means by which to make a decision; which does not know good nor evil; the part of their mind which houses their interpersonal spiritual realm (their thoughts, their ideas, their feelings, their emotions, their desires, etc.) the part of their mind which composes their soul; and which can do absolutely nothing other than--act out--that which by some means has been placed therein and cultivated. Trap beats serve as the stimulus which motivates the body of our children to act out the entrained thoughts.
Absent parental cognizance of electrical pulsations being recorded on the brain of their children, and absent their knowledge of the principle of rhythmic brainwave entrainment, and absent any willful choice of their own, our CYYA are being cunningly criminalized, which leads to their being judicially penalized, which leads to their being systematically institutionalized, and which corner to corner/campus to campus leads to their untimely demise and being prematurely funeralized.
WE THE PECULIAR PEOPLE PETITION
We the Peculiar People, in light of the 1972 Surgeon General's special report on the public health effects of media violence that was based on a growing and nearly unanimous body of evidence, the consensus therewith by the American Academy of Pediatrics, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) report: An Important Public Health Issue Key Findings: Children's Mental Health Report; and the associated mental health link to rhythmic brainwave entrainment (RBE), and in light of Proverbs 18:21 KJV--Petition Congress be directed to fund brain study research to determine the extent of spiritual, mental, emotional, social, and physiological damage consequential to the impact of electrical pulsations of violent light and violent sound in media entertainment of violent music/music videos and violent video games.
In like manner as imagery of violent acts recorded on the brain of children actively engaged in playing violent videos desensitizes players to murderous acts, imagery of criminalized music videos recorded on the brain of children depicting smiling faces, dancing, and "party time" while actively engaging their bodies to the rhythmically rhymed message to murder thy brother is subtle deception, manipulative, and also desensitizes the video participants and children viewing the videos. There being no silent video games, and insofar as electrical pulsations in violent video games are encoded with violent light and violent sound, research must extend beyond television, movie, and video games.
For brain scan images, clinical, medical, professional, and scientific research on brainwave entrainment; to see with your eyes and hear with your ears select electrical pulsations of criminalized light and sound, please visit http://www.kcmiw.org/music-video-pulsations-of-murder.
