Why this petition matters

Started by David Green

This petition is focused on getting ahead of the federal student debt forgiveness.  If you do not owe a student debt, are an American citizen and any of the following applies to you then I urge you to sign this petition.  If the student debt relief bill is passed then the people who do not owe student debts will need to be prepared to file a class action suit immediately following its passing.  The federal government  can not reward the ones in debt without reimbursing or rewarding the ones who do not owe a student debt.

  1. You paid for your education out of pocket.
  2. You have already paid off your student debts.
  3. Your education was paid for by a scholarship (you worked hard your entire life to get that scholarship and should be rewarded more than others who did not.)
  4. You decided to go to a trade school to learn a trade and should be reimbursed for the money and time spent learning your trade.
  5. You went straight into the workforce because you felt that you could not afford to pay for college or trade school.

This petition will be used to make sure that the federal government knows that you will not stand by and watch them spend your tax money to forgive over $300,000,000,000 in student debt without cutting you a tax exempt check for the equivalent of the maximum amount a person would receive in student debt forgiveness.  Again.... they can not reward people who are in debt without reimbursing or compensating the people who are not.

This petition will also serve as a compiled list that can be converted into the opt-in for the class action lawsuits that will follow the federal student debt relief.

If this petition pertains to you then I urge you to sign it, share it with others and share it on all social media platforms with the hashtag #FER.
