Illegal immigrants do not have a right to be in the United States. For the below reasons, DACA was unconstitutional at its inception, remains unconstitutional, and must end now.

We are a nation of laws.  To be less invites anarchy.  It is time to apply our law and not be dissuaded by the emotional appeals and rhetoric of DACA supporters.

President Obama violated the separation of powers when he created DACA. Such a task is for the Congress, not the president.

The U.S. Constitution states in clear, unambiguous language that "All legislative powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives." (U.S. Constitution, Article I, Section 1.)  The President of the United States is not, and cannot be, a member of Congress.  President Obama overreached his authority and abused the office of the presidency.

Furthermore, the Constitution mandates that the President  "... shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed...." (U.S. Constitution, Article II, Section 3.) In plain words, President Trump is obligated to end DACA.

*DACA means Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals.
