DOJ Investigate The Killing Of Tiffany Jenks

On October 8, 2013 Tiffany Jenks, a 34yr old former professional employee of Bonneville Power Administration was shot point-blank in the head by one man in the presence of two people who sold him the gun. The shooter was only charged with manslaughter and the two accomplices were released. There is plentiful evidence of police and judicial misconduct that may be connected to financial insider trading at BPA. There was a federal inquiry in 2011/12 to which Tiffany Jenks was a possible person of interest that involved managerial bullying and financial misconduct Among other things.
The fact that you can now shoot a woman in the head and it is not murder needs to be investigated along with the misconduct of police and court in this case. America is not a society in which women can be murdered with no consequences.
