COLA for US Military Members stationed in California

With ever increasing taxes and Cost-of-living in California it is becoming more difficult for United States Military members stationed in California to make ends meet. Both Alaska and Hawaii military members receive a Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) to help offset the high cost of those states. Yet, California has higher gas prices, food prices and Cost of living than both Alaska and Hawaii, and the military members stationed in California do not receive any financial help to offset those high costs. Providing military members stationed in the state of California with a COLA will help offset these high costs and make it easier for these members to make ends meet.
