Stop child support payments during the pandemic, don't suspend license when unable to work during the pandemic, stop back child support during the pandemic, don't imprison individuals who can't pay due to the pandemic, cancel not being able to travel to other countries and not able to get a passport, also not being able to get a fishing license or any other license, require a DNA test for the Father and baby before being place on child support, have less severe punishment when not able to pay, like community service, make it affordable and have services that help father's get jobs when not able to get a job, require a card to the mothers/father's that can only get supplies for the child instead of allowing them to spend the money freely
