Airline Passenger Protections !

Airlines can currently remove passengers that have booked, paid and checked-in for a flight due to over-booking or airline personnel flight requirements.
We need a law in place that forbids the forced removal of any paid passenger from their booked flight. If an airline wants to implement an overbooking situation, they must be required to provide adequate reward to ensure a willing volunteer. There should be no ceiling to the amount of money an airline has to pay to find a volunteer.
This petition is asking Congress to enact new legislation to ensure all booked passengers travel unless volunteering their seat, and to ensure any overbooking situation is solely the responsibility of the airline to offer adequate compensation to find volunteers to satisfy the requirements of all purchased ticket holders
