Oluwatosin Omokurolue started this petition to President of the United Nations and

The United Nations should please look into the xenophobia attack on Nigerians by South Africa. This is a violation of human rights, Nigerians are being burnt alive, businesses and properties owned by Nigerians are being destroyed by South Africans in South Africa .I believe it is the mission of the United Nations to maintain international peace and security, so it would be great if the United Nations should please look into these killings. The lives and properties of Nigerians living in South Africa are no longer safe as they are being burnt alive and the South African Government and justice system is not doing anything about it. The South Africans feel they are being dominated by Nigerians.According to a speech given by Bongani Michael Nkongi the deputy of police in South Africa “how can a city in South Africa be 80% foreigners that is dangerous, in later years the president of South Africa will be a foreigner,it is not xenophobia” this quote just proves that the South African justice system is justifying the  killings. I am just a concerned Nigerian student who is pleading with the United Nations to fight for the infringement of human rights against Nigerians in South Africa. Nobody has the right to take the life of innocents.
