Colombo city center used sea turtles as a exhibition item throughout the day by putting them in plastic containers in and let the visitors touch them and hold them in their hand wich Is harmful for the turtles shell, for the world ocean day 2019. Its so sad the whole thing is done under the notice of Wild life conservation of sri lanka as the president is explaining and inviting to the event.
