I humbly submits as follows That Central Government of India is making plan or trying to sell some public sector units or companies or factories like Air India or IndianRailways,BSNL,PDIL,EPIL,PHL,B&R,CEL,CCIL,IMPCL,FSNL,NMDC,BEML,HLL,BPCL and SCI CONCOR HPL,SAIL,HNL ,KAPL,HNL,BCPL,HAL,ITDC & HFL,7 Coal blocks/units of SCCL and Vishaka Steel Plant etc.,

I submit that Total Assests of Air India is Rs 52,352.18 Crores,but our Central Government is selling it for Rs 18,000 Crores.Our Country must need its own Airways.As per my view it is not good to sell PSU's like Air India or Indian Railways and BSNL,PDIL,EPIL,PHL,B&R,CEL,CCIL,IMPCL,FSNL,NMDC,BEML,HLL,BPCL and SCI CONCOR HPL,SAIL,HNL ,KAPL,HNL,BCPL,HAL,ITDC & HFL,7 Coal blocks/units of SCCL and Vishaka Steel Plant etc.,.In world every country is having its own Airway Services and Railway services and Public Sector Units.It is not good for our nation to sell its Airway and Railway and PSU's.There is chance of losing big assets of country.If such PSU’s sold our upcoming Generations or Up Coming Governments cannot purchase or build new Airways or Railways and PSU's and Our Country will become poor country.Now our country is developing country.If PSU's sold by Central Government of India, then our country will become poor country.

Upcoming Generations will suffer alot and we cannot compete with other countries in world and Our Countries currency value will decrease.Our Country and citizens of country have to suffer alot in future.If which private companies now who are purchasing PSU's may sell it to other foreign companies then country’s secrets will go in hands of foreign rulers and foreign countries. As per my view our Central Government have to think in other way like running these PSU’s by obtaining loans or it must be given on lease for limited period rather than selling these PSU’s completely.Why because these PSU’s are build with huge hardwork and huge amounts or funds of government and it took huge time for its building. Every citizen of india is having rights on it.So Government cannot sell it and it have no rights to sell it.As its own. Due covid 19 lock down every countries airways was stopped temporarily for which it may be loss but after some months or years it will recover and it will get profits in future.As per my view selling of AIR INDIA or Indian Railways and PSU's are not good.There are so many security reasons,we cannot keep those secrets or securities in hands of private companies or foreign companies. .       

I request Hon’ble President of India and Chief Justice of India of Supreme Court to interfere in this matter take actions against Central Government of India for selling these PSU's and issue stay order not to alienate those PSU's to Private Companies and to make proper enquiry in this matter and issue orders not to sell above mentioned PSU’s to private companies or foreign companies and pass orders which deemfit in this circumstances and meet interest of justice.
