We all the students of 2016 academic session MBBS course Sridev Suman Subharti Medical College Dehradun, Uttrakhand  want to apprise your good self about our pathetic condition which is as follows;

We were systematically alloted to this college/ university through central counselling conducted by state department of medical education, government of Uttrakhand for which DMD- Uttarakhand has issued an essentially certificate.

We passed an exam of our 1st professionales from this university.

On December 2018, a decision was made by honarable Supreme Court of India that Government of Uttrakhand should overtake Sridev Suman Subharti Medical College, Dehradun.

There are currently two batches running Batch- 2016 and Batch-2017, comprising of total 300 students. 

The order clearly stated that there should not be any discomfort given to the student /their classes/ academic schedule etc.

Furthermore it was inherent in the order that exams of batch- 2017and 2016 batch be conducted soon.

Still on 7 December 2018, all students of Batch 2016 we're sent bqck to home for holidays from 7 December to 21 December, to complete the formalities.

But again we got a notice of holidays from 21 December 2018 to 15 January 2019 by out consistent university as the college/ university is taken over by Government of Uttrakhand. 

Although the student of Batch -2017 are already at home from last 4 months. Their exams of first year have been denied due to conflict between MCI and college. Their first year exams were supposed to be conducted in September but now their session is running late by 4 month. They have been getting date over date everytime by honorable Supreme Court.

Even the Batch -2016 have there second year exams scheduled in February but their classes are at hault from more than one month and their syllabus isn't complete yet.

In spite of the directions given by honorable Supreme Court, nothing substantial has been done to start our classes—the prolonged break bear testimony to this fact. The students have even been at the doors of Directorate of Medical College and protest silently ,only they received was verbal assurance. It should be incumbent upon the government of Uttrakhand, MCI and Supreme court to ensure proper working of our college soon .But our morale received a severe blow when MCI asked for one more week and we received yet another date. We have totally lost our faith and hopes for a golden future.

We, the students of Sri Dev Suman Subharti Medical College earnestly request the central government to intervene in this matter and provide a permanent solution to our problem, so that we can study and work in a peaceful environment, and play our small role in the process of curing the nation as envisaged in the essintiality certificate issued by DME Uttrakhand.
Please help us to come out of this ambiguous situation.
