During this time of Covid19 pandemic world crisis, a decisive leadership matters a lot! Taking the cause of protecting the citizens from the harmful effect of it is being taken at the helm by our leader! Not limiting it to India alone, but taking it global, in real sense demonstrating Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam

Firstly, the efforts for evacuating the citizens of India (and other countries as well) from the initial affected areas (Wuhan and other places across the globe), secondly getting the citizens of India to unite against the spread by appealing to the population to stay indoors - Janata Curfew on 22nd March and then lockdown to ensure the virus does not spread and save millions of lives.

Extending this thought, thirdly, organizing a virtual SAARC summit within a few days of the pandemic hitting hard to ensure and reassure that we all neighboring countries need to stand together and work towards fighting the pandemic wherein he proposes emergency Covid-19 fund for SAARC nations - extending the coordination and cooperation.

Fourthly - during the extraordinary virtual G20 Leaders' summit; underscored the need to put human beings at the centre of our vision of global prosperity and cooperation, freely and openly share the benefits of medical research and development, develop adaptive, responsive and humane health care systems, promote new crisis management protocols and procedures for an interconnected global village, strengthen and reform intergovernmental organisations like WHO and work together to reduce economic hardships resulting from COVID-19 particularly for the economically weak.
