Mandatory Implementation of Clinical Establishment Act in all states of India

The Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2010 was enacted in Parliament of India to regulate all clinical establishments in India. The Act requires all clinical establishments to register themselves and provides a set of standard treatment guidelines for common diseases and conditions. However, unfortunately it’s seen that even in 2017 end, only 7 states have implemented this and there’s a strong lobby to prevent this from enactment so that the private hospitals can charge anything to dying patients and general public succumbs to this medical mafia.
Kindly, do something to ensure that this is enacted by all states without any further delay so that the general public is aware of charges they require to pay for the treatment that they expect to be given in any hospital. Thank you
