With over 40000 rape cases every year, India has become a rape capital of world and sadly there is no decrease in the count even after strict laws. Certainly there is a need to change the outlook at this issue.

Indian Judicial system is very complex and due to human right reservation, justice has always been delayed in proven and convicted Rape accused. There is an better alternative to this problem, the trial should happen till State courts and if the accused is convicted , they should be handed over to Indian medical drug testing industry. There are many benefits of this. 

1. Medical Researchers will be able to test new drugs directly on human body, making them more effective.
2. Medical industry can even test dosage which can be lethal/fruitful for severe diseases, moreover, various cancer medications can be tried on them.
3. Since the convicted accused volume is so high in country, medical research  industry can double the test volumes and in turn can produce quicker results.
4. Less animal killings will happen which will result into less brutalities on animals
5. A strong message will be go to the society since the offender will have to go through immense unimaginable pain or disease or  irreversible medical conditions

I believe this is a win-win scenario Indian society , people and government. If you think there can be modifications to this , please suggest and i shall amend the details.
