I am signing because IAS , IPS and all top civil servants are incompetent and unskilled. They have no idea about nation development and tax payers money going waste. Govt official treat common poor people like a dog. There is need that IAS should go off now. Civil services brought by Britishers and it’s redundant system for our country. I have many instances where despite of having every proof , no action was taken
If country needs to be saved , civil services must be abolished immediately

Government employees should have the same kind of performance related incentives as well as punishments (including dismissal when warranted) for non performance, as in the case of the private sector
