Botswana's President, Mokgweetsi Masisi has announced that their government will start issuing Trophy Hunting Licences in December 2019. Botswana's Government has controversially scrapped a five-year ban on the practice.

Tourist numbers have declined 15% since the ban was lifted and we need to unite and take strong action against the Government of Botswana to show them that Trophy Hunting is not acceptable in today's world.

"Quotas will be issued by December 2019 to allow for marketing ahead of the 2020 hunting season," Masisi said in his first state of the nation address after being elected into office.

It's time to speak out against such barbaric practices and take a stand against the Government of Botswana for allowing and encouraging the brutal murder of these magnificent and endangered animals.

  • 100,000 elephants have been slaughtered in the the last 3 years
  • 600 lions are being killed each year
  • 1 Rhino is butchered every 12 hours

Soon we will see these numbers increase as Botswana begins to actively market and promote Trophy Hunting. The commercial hunting season will open in April 2020. There's never been a more important time to speak up for these beautiful animals.

Our voices need to be heard and we need to make it clear that Trophy Hunting, which is a barbaric and murderous act, will NOT be tolerated by humanity.

Please help by adding your voice to defend the animals of OUR World.
