بِّسْمِ اللَّـهِ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

رَبِّ اشْرَحْ لِي صَدْرِي وَيَسِّرْ لِي أَمْرِي وَاحْلُلْ عُقْدَةً مِنْ لِسَانِي يَفْقَهُوا قَوْلِي

السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُه

This is a petition, in accordance to MCMC Constitution, Section 7.3 Grievance, which states,

"A written petition from the lower of ten percent (10%) of the members or twenty-five (25) members of the MCMC will require the Board of Overseers to investigate any major issue pertaining to the MCMC. Individual complaints, if found credible, may also be considered for investigation by the Board of Overseers"

To Overseers Board of MCMC, to investigate and resolve the unnecessary intervention of some Shurah members, pertaining to reduction in number of Salat-ut-Taraweeh Raka'h Ramadan 2021.

It was decided in a Corona Crises Committee meeting held on March 25, 2021, attended and approved by President of MCMC, Chairman Overseers Board & Imam of MCMC, that 20 Raka'h will be offered to oblige 85% of the community members to whom 20 Raka'h is a Sunnat-e-Muakkedah, and must be adhere to, as it has been from the time of inception of MCMC.
